the Capulet Suite

A safe haven.
Results with consistency.

An hour, once a month — the discipline of caring for the body.

.i

welcome

an hour. once a month.
that's the rhythm.

Skin works on a thirty-day cycle. The discipline of caring for it works on the same one. An hour, once a month — a quiet appointment kept in a small private suite, a Verona of your own in the Heights.

This isn't indulgence. It's the rhythm of caring for the only home you'll ever live in. Health, kept on a calendar. A practice the body has earned.

Your body is a temple.

Skin doesn't fix in one session. It changes month by month — slowly, with someone paying attention. Preventative is so much easier than taking away years of damage.

The body asks to be tended. A monthly hour — small in the scope of a life, larger in what it returns. This is health, kept on a calendar; discipline that looks, from the outside, like an hour off.

Treat the body the way it has been entrusted to you. Consistency is the practice. Care is the posture.

your visit

Before. After.
Everything in between.

A monthly hour rewards a little preparation. These are the small things that make the work hold.

Before your facial

  • Skip waxing, shaving, retinoids, exfoliants, and other actives 2–3 days before — it keeps your skin from being primed for irritation.
  • Keep your routine simple. A gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and daily SPF is all you need leading up.
  • Drink plenty of water. Hydrated skin always works with you, not against you.

After your facial

  • Stay with a gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and SPF to minimize the chance of irritation or reaction.
  • No intense heat, hard workouts, or harsh exfoliation for 24–48 hours unless we've discussed otherwise.
  • Hydrate generously. The work carries forward through the body's own water.
  • Skin runs on a 28–30 day cycle. Monthly facials and a steady at-home protocol are what actually changes things long-term.

Common questions

Where are you located?

Sola Salon Studios, Suite 12
535 W 20th St
Houston, TX 77008

Once you’re inside Sola Salon Studios, you can turn left or right — my room is Suite 12, in the center of the back. Restrooms and a water fountain are to the right after another left turn. If you arrive early, there’s a couch directly in front of my door.

Can I receive a facial while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Yes.

How long should I wait after Botox or filler before a facial?

3–4 weeks is the recommendation.

Can I receive Botox or filler right after a facial?

Yes.

Can I get a facial with lash extensions?

Yes — the momentary steam and towel placement during your facial will not affect your lashes.

Can men with facial hair receive facials?

Absolutely.

Can I wear makeup after my service?

Yes, though for best results we'd recommend letting your skin breathe through the rest of the day.

Should I do my nighttime skincare routine after a facial?

If your facial was during the day, yes. Evening appointments typically don't need anything additional afterward.
